Battlefield 3

Hi,

I have been fiddling around with BF3 character models and their textures I got one model re-textured more or less similar to BF3 but I can`t get the textures blended correctly for another one (US support class).

I`m not new to 3ds max, but it kind of looks like there is Vertex Color channel involved and I just don`t understand how to deal with it.
The problem I have is I can`t apply bumpmap on helmet and goggle straps...

Has anyone figured out how to re-texture them accurately, diffuse, specular, detail, and bumpmaps (ingame)?

maps are not fit with uv?

Well I`m stil not quite sure how it all works. But loading a copy of a model with different UV coordinates and copying the map channel to the original models Nr2 map channel seems to do half the job. So at the moment my question is, can the importer be customized to load the models with multiple UV coordinate sets to multiple map channels? For example: model with: 1; UV Coordinates U:1 V:2 to objects #1 map channel, UV Coordinates U:2 V:3 to objects #2 map channel, UV Coors U:3 V:4 to #3 map channel.
(I think 3d ripper`s importer used to do this)

well, max script should be redone, wich quite hard for me
hope some other users can handle it

У Чипикао в скрипте импорта для НФС Ривалс уже все сделано похоже, нужно только адаптировать.
