Need a fast suspension repair for my Mustang near Al Safa

So I'm in a bit of a tight spot and I'm hoping someone can help me out with a recommendation. My 2019 Mustang GT has been making this horrible clunking noise from the front end for the past couple of days and it's getting worse by the hour, sounds like something's properly loose or broken in the suspension and I'm genuinely worried it might let go completely if I keep driving it. The thing is I absolutely need the car for work this week, I've got client meetings all over town and I can't exactly turn up in a rental or be late because the car's broken down on the side of the road. I'm based near Al Safa so I'm hoping there's somewhere nearby that can sort me out quickly without having to wait days for parts or a booking slot. I've heard there's some Quick Mustang suspension fix in Al Safa that can turn these jobs around fast, but I'm not sure which workshop that actually refers to or if they're any good with the S550 chassis. Has anyone here used a place in or around Al Safa that managed to get their Mustang suspension sorted same day or next day and did a proper job of it? I really don't want to just take it to the closest place and end up with shoddy work, but at the same time I'm running out of time and options so any recommendations would be massively appreciated.
