My Bentayga is showing battery warnings, should I be concerned?

I've had my 2019 Bentayga for about three years now and it's been absolutely flawless up until recently. Over the past couple of weeks, I've been getting this intermittent "battery discharge" warning on the display whenever I park the car for more than a few hours. It goes away once I start driving, but it's starting to happen more frequently and I'm getting a bit concerned. The car still starts fine and everything seems to work normally, but I've read that Bentleys have very complex electrical systems and ignoring battery warnings can lead to much bigger problems down the line. I called the dealership and they quoted me a price that was honestly shocking for a battery replacement, and they said they'd need the car for at least a day which is really inconvenient. I've been looking into independent specialists who work on Bentleys because I figure they must be more reasonable while still knowing what they're doing with these cars. I came across a place that does professional Bentley battery replacement in Dubai and they seem to have good reviews from other luxury car owners. I'm thinking of taking it there for a proper diagnostic because I really don't want to end up stranded somewhere with a dead car. Has anyone else experienced these battery warnings on their Bentayga or other Bentley model, and if so, did it turn out to be a simple battery replacement or was there something more complex going on? I'd really appreciate any insight because this is stressing me out more than I'd like to admit.
